About
About
The pass is the last moment that matters.
Every kitchen has a standard. It is written in the recipe, drawn in the plating guide, spoken at the briefing. Then the room fills.
Between the standard and the plate that leaves the pass at 8:47 on a Saturday, something drifts. Not because the team is careless. Because the pass is relentless.
We built this to close that gap. An objective eye on the last point of control, for operators who still believe a plate ought to look the way the chef drew it.
What we believe
How we work
Plates, not people
The system sees food. It does not see faces, and never will.
To coach, not to police
A record exists so tomorrow's service is better than today's.

Privacy is not a feature. It is the foundation. No biometrics. No staff tracking. We see plates. We will only ever see plates.
